Great Cars. Each car that we sell, is bought directly from the manufacturer or from a national leasing company. Buying from the source means we get great cars with a clear history. We never sell cars with a salvage history or odometer issue. Each is subjected to a 300-point inspection and a detailed history report. When you buy from The Import Warehouse, you are getting a car that meets or exceeds the quality of those found at the franchised dealer- for thousands less.

Great Prices. Everyone will tell you that they have the best price. Check the papers and the internet and see for yourself. The Import Warehouse always has the lowest price. This ensures that our cars are sold quickly and the consumer never pays retail price.

Great Staff. A small staff of people who actually enjoy cars and helping people find the right car, even if it’s not from The Import Warehouse! Our staff comes from various fields such as marketing, biology, and architecture - not from another dealership. Our staff is not on commission. Quite simply - our cars sell themselves; we will give you as little or as much help as you like. We understand you are making a significant purchase. Want to think about it for a couple days? - all you will get is a handshake and a business card; you can call us when you are ready.

Responsibility to Community. There are a lot of great organizations in our community that help a lot of people. Our Donation Dealer program donates 1% of the selling price of every car we sell (not 1% of the gross profits or some other ambiguous amount) to the charity of your choice. That adds up to a lot of help where it is needed most.

Relaxed Environment. No fancy showrooms and no asphalt jungles. We believe that you should be able to take your time and look at our cars without being subjected to summer sun or winter blizzard. But we also don’t think you need to pay for marble floors, fancy desks, and neat-o balloons.

Informative. Buying a car is a major purchase. We believe that you should know as much as possible about the particular car you are considering. Our window stickers show the standard and optional features of our cars as well as gas mileage, horsepower, retail prices, and more. We also have several links on our website to guide you through everything from consumer ratings to crash results. Need to know the cargo volume of a Passat? We’ll tell you. We even have the original sales brochures for most of the cars we sell, so we can provide the detailed information many web sites cannot.

Simple. You won’t find any “managers”, dealer handling fees, or document fees. We have a really simple way for our customers to figure out how much a car will cost: the price plus the sales tax. Sounds almost too easy doesn’t it? You should be figuring out if a prospective car fits your lifestyle, not what fees you're going to have to pay, or how much you’re going to have to haggle, or if the salesman and manager are really talking about last night’s game.
